National Service Scheme(NSS)
National Service Scheme is a powerful and dynamic movement in the country. Two units of NSS in the college provide opportunities to the teachers and students to gain practical experience through community service. The primary aim of the National Service Scheme enables the students to upgrade their personality and experience through community service.

- Dr. K. M. Subramanian, Department of CSE received the ‘Best NSS Programme Officer’ award for the year 2015 – 2016 at Anna University, Chennai on 24.09.2016
- K. Poomika of IV year CSE received the ‘Best NSS Volunteer’ award for the year 2015 – 2016 at Anna University, Chennai on 24.09.2016.
- Selvan D. V. Ajay Prasad of final year Civil Engineering and Ms. K. Poomika of final year Computer Science and Engineering, received Best NSS Volunteers award in the Anna University level for the Academic Year 2015-16
