Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs)

PEOs describe the expected accomplishments of the management graduates during the program and, after completing their degree program:

PEO 1: Employability: To prepare students for successful career in managerial roles that meet the needs of Indian and multinational companies.

PEO 2: Entrepreneurship: To equip students to demonstrate their entrepreneurial capabilities to start innovative business ventures.

PEO 3: Scientific decision making: To develop analytical thinking and quantitative approach among students to enable them to work with modern managerial decision-making tools.

PEO 4: Collegiality and Captaincy:  To foster leadership qualities and team spirit.

PEO 5: Professional Moral values: To embed social values and inspire them to commit to high ethical standards in their career.

 

PROGRAM OUTCOMES (POs)

PO1.    Management Knowledge: Apply knowledge of management theories and practices to solve business problems.

PO2.    Problem Analysis: Foster Analytical and critical thinking abilities for data-based decision making.

PO3.    Leadership and Values: Ability to develop Value based Leadership ability.

PO4.    Business Environment and Ethics: Ability to understand, analyze and communicate global, economic, legal, and ethical aspects of business.

PO5.    Individual and Team Work: Ability to lead themselves and others in the achievement of organizational goals, contributing effectively to a team environment.

PO6.    Modern Tool Usage: Apply appropriate techniques, resources, and IT tools in solving managerial issues.
